In 36 years of practice, Keith has obtained zoning entitlements for his clients for single family residential, townhouses, multi-family residential, mixed use, retail, industrial, office, hotel, fast food, gas stations, churches, child care, assisted living, and gas stations.

I work with a hands on approach with my clients to obtain approvals in the most efficient and effective manner. I am reachable by my cell phone 7 days a week, every client is my most important client.

I focus on facilitating meetings and presentations with neighborhood groups, county staff and decision makers. I handle the processes of preparing, submitting and defending client applications before government staff, Planning Commissions, legislative bodies and concerned community groups.
