GET TO KNOW KEITH

The law is complicated and can be confusing to the untrained eye. Do you feel that you have real estate issues but have no idea where to start? Keith Martin has been providing comprehensive and easy to understand counsel to Virginians since 1983. I know how overwhelming the legal process can be, especially when you are under an enormous amount of stress. This is why my goal is to help you understand your rights and the issues affecting your case.

I am an attorney, yes, but I never forget that my clients are people with unique emotions and values. The Law Office of Keith C. Martin PLLC keeps you involved and personally guides you in making important decisions about your case, calmly and effectively. I let you know what is going on at every stage, and explain every small detail so that you are in charge.

About Keith: Text

For over three decades, I have acted as zoning and land use counsel to national and local home builders, shopping center developers, national service stations, fast food operators, banks, self-storage and hotel operators, child care centers, automobile dealers, private schools and churches. I have obtained zoning approvals for over 3000 residential units and over 3 million square feet of commercial, retail and industrial space.

As zoning counsel, I have helped hundreds of clients obtain zoning entitlements from all local governing bodies in Northern Virginia.  During the zoning process, I negotiate one-on-one with elected officials, county planners, zoning administrators and civic groups.  Following successful completion of the zoning process, I am well versed in drafting deeds of subdivision, dedication and easements in order to obtain subdivision, site plan and building permit approvals.

I have lived in Northern Virginia almost my entire life. I currently live in Fairfax County with my wife. I have 4 children all of whom went to the University of Virginia, so I consider myself an honorary Wahoo! I also am a big dog lover, so once you hire me as your attorney, I promise to introduce you to my black lab-retriever mix, Ollie!
